Shipping
Process Most orders are shipped within 2 days
of being processed, Monday - Friday. Orders
placed evenings, weekends or statutory holidays
are processed on the following business
day. If there should be any delay in shipment
or if a product is temporarily out of stock
we will notify you right away via email
or telephone. (see our back order policy)
Calculations for shipping durations are
based on the day of shipment (day 0) plus
the number of business days required for
delivery and do not include weekends and
statutory holidays. Shipments made on weekends
and statutory holidays will be counted as
originating on the following business day.
When your order has been shipped, we will
send you a confirmation email with a tracking
number, if applicable. Pink Icing is not
responsible for any delays that result from
the postal service.
If an incomplete or inaccurate address is
provided, there is a $10.00US fee for all
items returned back to Pink Icing as undeliverable.
We are not checking address or zip codes
for accuracy so place ensure a correct entry.

US
shipping
$5.00 US for all orders under $175
Shipping is free within the US for orders totaling $175 US or more worth of
product.
The order will be sent by USPS - Priority Mail Service which takes approximately
2-6 business days. The carrier chosen is at the discretion of Pink Icing. If
you request a specific carrier a service charge may apply - contact us for details.
Durations are not guaranteed for this method.
Parcels can be sent by USPS Express Mail service which guarantees delivery within
1-3 business days (contiguous states only). The rate for this service is $20.00.
The fees for Express shipping will still apply to orders over $175.00
Parcels weighing 3 lbs or over are automatically subject to a handling charge of $5 US due
to much higher shipping rates. In some cases where the weight or dimensions exceed what is considered a normal shipment,
there may be additional charges applied that are over and above the standard $5 US due to weight. If this applies, you will be notified
via email to either accept or deny the order. This normally occurs with heavier or large sized items like denim, handbags and some beauty items.

Canadian
Shipping
$18.00 US for all orders under $250
Shipping is free to Canada on orders totaling $250 US or more worth of product.
The order will be sent by USPS Global Priority Service which
takes approximately 5-10 business days. Durations
are not guaranteed.
Any taxes and duties charged by Canadian Customs
Authorities are not the responsibility of Pink
Icing.
Parcels can be sent by USPS Global Express service which delivers between 2-3
business days (not guaranteed due to Customs). There is a charge of $30.00 US
for this service, if requested. These additional shipping charges will still
apply to orders over $250.00

Shipping Due to increased credit card fraud, Pink
Icing no longer accepts International orders.

Backorders We maintain a large inventory in an attempt
to keep all items in stock. At times, due to large
demand or delays in supplier shipments, a backorder
situation may occur. If a product you requested
is backordered, you will be notified by email
of the situation. We will not charge your credit
card for backordered items until the product is
available to ship. If the entire order is held
until backordered products arrive, we won't charge
your credit card for any of the products until
the complete order is ready for shipping. Whether
we ship the in-stock portion of your order is
dependent on the total number of items and the
timeframe until the back-ordered products are
available. If we send you an incomplete order,
the remaining backordered products will be sent
with no additional shipping charges

Return/Exchange
policy
Requests for returns and exchanges are only accepted within 10 days of your
product being received and only on selected products (see below). An RA number
is issued which is valid for 21 days thereafter. There are no refunds on sale/clearance
products. **Any returns/exchanges sent back without first contacting us
to receive the Authorization Number will be billed a re-stocking fee of 25%
plus any fees and duties that accrue on International shipments such as duty
and brokerage.

BEAUTY PRODUCT RETURNS Due to the nature of the
products we sell, we cannot accept returns/exchanges
for fragrances, cosmetic items (such as lip glosses),
or some skincare/haircare products. We can not
accept back any opened or used products. The products
must also be in their original packaging. There
is a 20% re-stocking fee for all returned beauty
items unless we have not been contacted for authorization
(see note in italics above). Exchanged items do
not have a restocking fee.
CLOTHING/ACCESSORY RETURNS Clothing items must
be unworn and still have the Pink Icing tag attached.
Please ask all questions before making your purchase.
There is no re-stocking fee for returned clothing/accessory
items unless we have not been contacted for authorization
- see note in italics above.
RA Numbers are only valid for a period of 21
days. We must receive the returned/exchanged product(s)
within this timeframe or the goods will be returned
to you at your expense.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges
on both exchanged and returned items. Shipping
fees are not refundable. For International returns/exchanges,
if the instructions are not followed and additional
fees are charged to Pink Icing as a result (such
as duty and brokerage), these charges will be
deducted from your return.

Return
Process Follow the instructions on the return form
included with your order. Pack neatly in the original
packaging if possible. Include the completed form
with your return/exchange. (We recommend that
you track/insure the return packages as we cannot
accept responsibility for packages that we do
not ship ourselves).

Sale items
Sale items are final therefore are not returnable. Exchanges are allowed for
a diferent size of the same product only when available.

When
will I see my refund? Pink Icing will process the refund
within 3 business days of receiving the merchandise.
Be aware that your banking institution may take
up to 2 weeks to reflect this refund.

All US orders placed with Visa and Mastercard will be processed in US dollars
as seen in the shopping cart. We no longer accept AMEX.
Pink Icing only accepts VISA and MasterCard for orders shipped within the US.
A tax rate of 8.75% is applicable only to orders shipped to a California address.
